Job Responsibilities

Reading blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies, Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance, Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods

Job Duties

Determines telemarketing quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and customer service presentations; conducting test calls to telemarketing service representatives on new products.

Verifies telemarketing results by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.

Provides feedback to telemarketers by monitoring calls; monitoring feedback for external vendor programs; conducting monthly help sessions.

Evaluates telemarketing approaches by rating effectiveness of telemarketing service representatives; providing quality ratings; identifying training needs; developing training programs; conducting training.

Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; developing new models; implementing changes.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience Minimum Competency Required to hold the position

Education level

: High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus

Experience

: Local staff, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience or which minimum 2 years in Oil & Gas industry, with at least 1 years of supervisory experience

Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach Responsible and trustworthy Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing

methodologies

Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.) Working knowledge of MS Office

Certifications
