The role will have two primary focuses, firstly delivering global enablement programs and initiatives that support activities in PS such as onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing. The second focus is the ongoing management, development, and enablement of the OpenText PS Project Management (PSPM) methodology used to deliver customer engagements and projects.Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will collaborate with various global stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME\'s) to identify future business needs that can be addressed by enablement, or enhancements to the PM methodology. The successful candidate would then need to define and execute a strategy to meet those needs, with the target of reducing the time between hire, learning and application of new knowledge.The candidate will be extremely organised with an ability to contribute new ideas and solutions to business demands and challenges. Working in a highly energetic, dynamic environment, an ability to manage and run multiple projects/ initiatives simultaneously is essential, completing a range of tasks from logistical coordination to strategic program design and implementation.Major duties will include:

• Define, deliver, and continually improve the enablement strategy (programs and initiatives) for Professional Services by working with senior leadership across the business.
• Work with PS managers and leadership to understand areas of improvement that can be addressed by enablement and personal development programs, providing new skills and knowledge to enhance an individual\'s ability to perform their job.
• Work with other enablement teams across OpenText to bring established, proven programs to the benefit of the PS organisation, while creating greater alignment.
• Manage and identify enhancements to the OpenText Professional Services Project Management (PSPM) methodology, including the associated processes and tools.
• Develop and implement changes to PSPM processes and tools, communicating and enabling the field
• Foster effective use and adoption of PSPM, working closely with Project Management leadership and the PM Excellence council
• Collaborate with Global PS Operations to refine PSPM processes
• Resolve any specific challenges by adapting programs as necessary, effectively communicating with team members, SME\'s and management.
• Monitor and evaluate the program effectiveness, though periodical reporting against KPI\'s, business impacts and the benefits realised
• Maintain a good understanding of industry Enablement and Project Management trends, developments, and best practices
• Perform any other Program Management responsibilities and tasks as required by the PS business

What it takes:

• 7 or more years\' experience in program and project management, ideally in a technology environment or Enterprise Software
• Track record in designing and executing successful programs
• An ability to plan and manage time effectively across multiple-tasks and programs
• Demonstrate leadership skills with strong business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to all levels of the business
• Confident and experienced presenter
• Passion and drive to learn quickly, with an ability to apply new skills and knowledge
• A fast-thinking, high-energy individual and an ability to work with a wide range of personalities and cultures will thrive in this role

• Strong technical background with knowledge of HTML, video, and multimedia fundamentals, as well as MS Excel, Flow and Form development
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Learning and Development best practices would be beneficial
• An understanding of OpenText solutions or Information Management technology is preferable
• Bachelor\'s degree
• Professional certification in Project and/or Program Management, would be beneficial but not required
