Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with strong technical and construction expertise to oversee building and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all phases of construction--from planning and execution to completion--ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all construction and technical activities for building and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities. Manage on-site construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience

in construction and project management for building and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Must hold a

Dubai Municipality license G+12 or G+Unlimited.

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
