Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager or Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the signage and outdoor media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all project milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client requirements are understood and met. Provide regular project updates to clients and address any concerns.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

Quality Control:

Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that arise.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage project risks to minimize impact.

Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within scope. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in project management processes. Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the signage and media advertising industry. (Required) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
