Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure top-notch quality by complying with project specs, industry norms, and regulations.
- Manage budget and timeline effectively, and report insights to the Managing Director.
- Lead quality control and risk assessment, taking immediate corrective action when needed.
- Maintain clear project plans, schedules, and budgets. Update stakeholders proactively.
- Oversee manpower: from recruitment and training to efficient deployment and utilization.
- Liaise with procurement to secure materials and resolve any related issues promptly.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role in construction, preferably in the UAE.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Expertise in construction regulations, processes, and quality standards.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
