Sr. Project Engineer
Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Job:
To provide comprehensive senior project engineering management services for the Feasibility and Concept Optimization Study as part of the NFA Sustainability Project. Ensure all project phases including Feasibility, Concept, FEED and EPIC are completed in line with QatarEnergy's requirements, specifications, and standards.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 12 years' experience in engineering, project management, and execution of major Oil & Gas Offshore projects, including fabrication yard/consultant experience.
Experience in project engineering, scope of work preparation, bid evaluation, risk assessment, contract coordination, and management.
Experience coordinating with various discipline engineers during concept optimization studies, FEED, and EPIC.
Familiarity with industry best practices and company systems, processes, and standards.
Experience supporting the development of onshore and offshore project execution strategies/plans and engineering/project management processes.
Strong management, leadership, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university; higher degree is an advantage.
