Sr. Project Engineer
Job Description
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in Fit out works is a must; at least 8 years.
With Strong leadership skills.
Able to motivate teams, navigate in a changing environment, and lead change at the operational level.
Able to build a network to facilitate cooperation, decision-making and anticipate changes.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify issues quickly and come up with solutions accordingly.
Ability to multi-task; and deadline driven.
UPDA/MMUP Certification is a plus.
Must have a valid Driving License.
Transferable visa (with NOC); and can join immediately.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
