Job Analysis
SUMMARY
Project Engineer is responsible for executing the assigned projects from design phase till completion with over
all accountability to ensure Smooth execution of projects essentially by coordinating with Internal cross
functions, Sub vendors & Client
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Involved in identification and analysis of project design inputs like scope of work, customer specifications, C &
E chart, operational & application requirements, standards & industry codes, regulatory requirements, records
& data of existing process and product etc
? establishing design development plan & Project/ engineering / QC deliverable requirements
? Ensuring On- time submissions & approvals of Engineering deliverables
? Preparing RFQ specifications for Components & Equipments for procurement
? Preparing Package engineering deliverables related to Process & Mechanical
? performing Supplier quote evaluation, & providing Procurement clearance
? Monitoring Project progress and generating Progress reports for client submission
? sub order status & Devising Risk mitigation when needed for Sub orders
? Controlling drawing issuance to Internal distribution
? Tracking Document status through Document controller
? Co-coordinating with the Production team - Giving inputs required for the production work.
? Co-coordinating with the commissioning team - Giving inputs required for the commissioning work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum. 10 years of Experience in Oil & Gas equipment projects
PREFERRED SKILLS
? Product & Process knowledge
