Role Title: Senior Program Director Radio Production Operations
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose
To lead and manage radio production programs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality media content that adheres to approved standards, internal policies, and UAE local and federal regulations. The role involves overseeing all stages of production, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and professional compliance throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with content teams, designers, producers, and editors to achieve program objectives and deliver high-quality media content.
Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient workflow and ensure high production standards.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
Ensure all final outputs meet approved quality standards and support teams across all production phases.
Supervise execution during filming, recording, and editing to ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee the editing and final review stages to guarantee content meets required specifications.
Identify improvement opportunities based on modern media trends and recommend enhancements.
Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to align media content with promotional strategies.
Manage production budgets and ensure effective achievement of project objectives.
Prepare and present reports on production progress and performance to senior management.
Ensure compliance with professional, safety, and operational standards throughout production.
Provide innovative solutions to address production challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by developing and enhancing production policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to quality specifications across the entire production cycle.
Visit production locations when required to monitor workflow and ensure alignment with approved plans.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and resolve specialized issues.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of final production outputs.
Recommend improvements to production tools, technologies, and methods.
Organize necessary resources, including equipment, tools, and materials.
Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and fulfillment of technical requirements.
Prepare performance reports, highlight challenges, and recommend corrective measures.
Suggest solutions and enhancements to ensure continuous improvement in media production quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university recognized in the UAE.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
