Sr Product Engineer Automobile
Job Description
1. Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing processes. 1. Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations for designing genuine vehicle components 2. Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and installation. (example- Bumpers,interiortrimpanels,lightingetc.) 1. Coordinate withProduct Development team to finalize product ideas. 2. Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product accordingly. 3. Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D model. 4. Create 3D model based on the scan data (Meshfile /STLFile). 5. Convert 3D simulation to ActualEngineered Production including A surface&B surface creation. 6. Create detailed 2D Drawings as per Automotive industry standards and customer requirements. 7. Define Product Material of each kit components. 8. Prepare Installation Manual of the products. 9. Justify the design performance with the help of CAD tools.Fore.g.FEA Analysis Job Type: Full-time
