Job Description
We are a passionate team of P roduct D esigners , UX-writers and Engineers , who are designing, prototyping, analyzing, and eventually launching new ways of interacting with phones and devices . Our team is looking for talented, dynamic P roduct D esign ers to join us, working on products built with cutting edge technology in a fascinating and ever-growing field. As a Product Design er on this team, you will primarily be helping to define the next version of our Phones . Our goal is to ensure the highest quality and consistency of the user experience and the user interfaces used across all our products.
In this role you will engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with teams like: Product Design, Product Management, Engineering and more. You will have a unique opportunity to craft the future experience of our products.

Work Experience
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience as a product /UX designer
- P ortfolio showing us how you have researched and crafted great experiences for major platforms
- Ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
- Building mockups and prototypes to illustrate different design approaches
- Experience working in an iterative and agile development environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
- Ability to think through complicated design systems and challenge existing constraints
- Strong communication skills for product-line concepts, narratives, and experience value propositions.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the importance of UI in mobile app development
- Creating personas, user flows, sketches, and information architectures to guide design decisions
- Exper ience with design & hand-off tools (e.g. Sketch , Figma , Invision, Zeplin and Abstract ) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Know ledge on how to thoughtfully design complex products for scale working with an evolving design system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven; takes ownership of personal and team goals
- Able to excel with limited supervision in a rapidly changing environment
- Creative, detail oriented, problem solver
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
