Sr. Planner
Location:
SharjahResponsibilities
Develop and manage MEP baseline program in
Primavera P6
aligned with WBS/CBS and milestones. Prepare look-ahead schedules, sequence plans, logic ties, and monitor critical paths. Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow, and risk registers. Track long-lead items (transformers, chillers, generators, switchgear, etc.) and align with site execution. Monitor progress using EVM, site inspections, dashboards; issue weekly/monthly progress reports. Assess schedule impacts of variations, RFIs, and design changes. Develop and monitor procurement schedules; coordinate logistics and just-in-time deliveries.Qualifications
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
8-12+ years
in MEP planning/scheduling (4+ years GCC). Advanced expertise inPrimavera P6
