Primary Purpose of the Job:
As the Senior Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manager's office. You will handle confidential documents, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and maintain an efficient filing system. Your professionalism and interpersonal skills will make you the first point of contact for visitors and guests
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience in clerical, administrative, and secretarial roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of English (oral and written); bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Educational Qualifications:
* Completion of Secondary school
