Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet presses, capsule fillers, vial washing, filling lines). Perform batch manufacturing processes according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR). Measure, weigh, and dispense raw materials accurately. Assist in setup, changeover, and cleaning of machines. Complete all batch-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory guidelines Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues immediately. Follow safety protocols, including gowning procedures and handling of hazardous materials. Assist with routine equipment maintenance and calibration. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing areas. Prepare equipment for validation and qualification activities when required.

2-3 years of experience in Oncology pharmaceutical manufacturing Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
