Job Description
Job Summary: Jobs in this level operate one machine or part of the production line under close and direct supervision while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets. Job holders also troubleshoot and investigate root causes of manufacturing issues, incidents, and reliability problems on the production line. Job description:
- Follows all relevant procedures & instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in the plant to ensure continuity of work.
- Operates one machine or part of the production line under close and direct supervision while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets.
- Enters data on SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (MOs) and packaging standards (PSs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Troubleshoots and investigates root causes of manufacturing issues, incidents, and reliability problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operations.
- Receives on-the-job training from higher levels to ensure compliance with the set guidelines and SOPs.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in the pharma industry.
- Have experience in the sterile area.
- Preferably (Cairo, Obour, New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Badr, Zagazig, Sharqiyah, and 10th of Ramadan) residents
