To recover non-performing portfolio Retail, business owners and overdraft banking borrowers assigned to the position. To call, follow up, and chasing delinquent Customers directly and through branches, to remind them, and arrange their monthly payments, and update customer\'s records. To file and release Criminal cases against un-cooperative customers after obtaining approval from Head of Remedial Management.
To liaise with CID to pressurize the delinquent customers for repayment.
Key Accountabilities
To reduce the Retail, business owner & overdraft non-performing portfolio by recovering amounts due to the bank, and keeping the DPD 1-30,31-60,61-90 DPD and so on at the lowest level and prevent those to moving to other buckets.
This includes reducing the number of non-performing accounts as well as amount of non-performing portfolio as per the approved Balanced Scorecard for the Department.
To file and release Criminal cases against borrowers and drawers, to locate the customer whereabouts and visit them, or to enquire about their new work places/employers.
To ensure that all non-performing borrowers assigned to the position are closely and regularly followed and monitored. This includes accounts that may have been written-off.
Providing his/her feed back to the concern supervisor. Preparing proper MIS.

Job Context
The aim is to make contact, meet and negotiate repayment terms with Retail non-performing borrowers to reduce the overall non-performing portfolio. Ensure that DPD 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 DPD and so on remain at the lowest and minimal migration to other buckets.
Initiate and follow on police cases filed for tangible results including chasing other banks for reports required by the police / CID / Interpol.

High School or preferably a college graduate
