Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative

Marketing Manager

with over 12+ years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

:

o Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing.

o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

o Define and oversee branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2.

Campaign Management

:

o Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

o Collaborate with sales teams to design strategies that drive qualified leads and conversions.

3.

Brand Building

:

o Supervise the development of promotional materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.

o Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain positive media relationships.

4.

Digital Marketing Expertise

:

o Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.

o Monitor online presence and reputation management to ensure positive brand perception.

5.

Networking

:

o Collaborate with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote real estate projects effectively.

6.

Team Leadership

:

o Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

7.

Budget Management

:

o Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

o Provide detailed performance reports and insights to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
