As a member of the IITD-AD Administration Team, contribute to the wider strategic direction of the campus and its future development.
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership to deliver the related objectives of the institute's strategy.
Responsible for the Estate including physical infrastructure and facilities, ensuring it is fit for purpose and sustainable, with a strong focus on wellbeing of students and staff and faculty.
Working with stakeholders across IITD-AD to shape, develop and implement plans that provide a campus which supports the current and medium activity and future development.
Deliver forward-thinking student catering and student/faculty residences, providing a service which is profitable, affordable for students and minimizes food waste. o Responsible for the provision of residences which provide safe fit-for-purpose accommodation to a diverse and international community of students, with a strong focus on wellbeing and value for money.
Ensure the delivery of customer focused support facilities, through the facilities management partner, for all campus users to deliver a safe and welcoming space to all campus users.
Support the academic departments by providing first class teaching and research facilities with classrooms, laboratories, libraries and 'maker spaces' for incubation opportunities and collaboration with external organizations.
Ensures provision and continuous improvement in Health & Safety for the IITD-AD community, ensuring that the physical experience on campus is appropriate for the entire population of students, faculty and staff.
Works collaboratively with the IT Manager to provide resources to meet the needs of students, academics, research scholars and staff.
Plan and manage the department budget, allocating the resources to the various areas in line with the strategic priorities of IITD-AD.
