Key Responsibilities Partner with MEA leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
Manage change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve employee experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and development
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HRBP role.
Proven experience working across multiple MEA countries with diverse labor laws and cultures.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation in the MEA region.
Experience in matrixed, multinational organizations

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English, Arabic & or French is a plus.
Location & Travel Based in Sharkeya, EGYPT within the MEA region.
* Willingness to travel across MEA countries as needed (up to 30%).
