Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Manager
As our GRC Manager, you will establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Your role is critical in ensuring the organization operates ethically, complies with relevant regulations, and effectively manages risks associated with its activities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of governance principles, risk management strategies, and compliance frameworks specific to the esports industry and the regulatory environment
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Manager - Responsibilities:
Governance

• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making processes and accountability throughout the organization
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and monitor governance structures that align with business objectives

Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with the organization's operations
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the potential impact

Compliance

• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, especially those specific to the esports and gaming sector in Saudi Arabia
• Design and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations

Policy Development

• Develop, review, and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Communicate policies effectively to internal stakeholders and provide training as necessary.

Audit and Monitoring

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures
• Implement monitoring mechanisms to track ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Communication

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders on the status of governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to raise awareness of compliance requirements

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Manager - Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of governance principles, risk management methodologies and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia and the unique challenges of the esports industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
