Role Objectives / Key Result Areas (What results are expected from the incumbent) Correctness of detailed design and BOM, upon post award All works related to detailed engineering, procurement etc Reliable and professional industry standard installation & commissioning works. Timely and fault free commissioning works, within time and budget Key Technical focal point for suppliers/manufacturers, project engineers and client. Successful FAT and client acceptance Successful integrations & complicated commissioning works within time and budget. Improve the technical competency of the team by providing training to the project team including new products and business diversifications Client Satisfaction and appreciations. Ensure technical correctness of all new products design, installation and commissioning works No Major breakdowns on after sales due to technicalities. No technical flaw within project team and projects. 2.? Role Description (Activities that will make the results possible) Take complete sales transfer from sales team and lead the projects. Review of the proposed scope and presales design in line with site conditions and client understanding. Preparation of detailed design engineering includes drawings (liaise with draughtsman) , review with clients for AFC Completing the Detailed Engineering scheme & drawings approvals with client/consultant. Preparation of MAS and ensure client approvals Liaise with suppliers for all technicalities and commercials for completing procurement process.? Complete the detailed BOM in line with approved design and pass to Project Education (Required)B.E. / B.Tech ( Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation / Communication) Engineering Graduate Product Specialist / Sr Technical expert with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in ELV & Security communication products (all major brands) including site commissioning works. The ELV products include Industrial & Commercial CCTV, Integrated high end Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, PAVA systems, Physical Control Equipments, PIDS, BMS, A/V systems, ISMS, SMATV, VDP, Gate Automation & residential systems, etc. In addition, the incumbent must have related in-depth knowledge on IT & Telecom systems inclusive of database management, Fiber systems, Server & Storage systems, Active & passive components, operating systems, IP domain, redundancy operations in connection with ELV systems specified above. | |
