Department
ASSET INTEGRITY (DUKHAN)
Primary purpose of job
Support the operation of Lloyds Register (LR) Capstone RBMI, Inspection management systems (IMS) and Risk Based
Inspection system and support users of these systems as necessary.
Collect and input relevent data from inspection and survey reports, update and make available a complete digital asset
reference document and standards library.
Maintain and support networking issues, ensure regular backups, transfer, replication, merging of data and ensure general
database maintenance.
Recognize any anomalies or changes regarding functionality and data integrity in LR Capstone RBMI software after
software upgrade and report to Engineer.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 yrs in oil and gas.
Minimum 4yrs in field of inspection/ corrosion monitoring and prevention activities.
Experience and good working knowledge of vessel code data books, piping and instrument drawings (P&ID), construction
isometric and design packages.
Experienced knowledge and use of Inspection management / risk based inspection software systems.
Education
Diploma in Mechanical engineering or chemical or metallurgy.
Recognised qualification in inspection and / NDT practices eg API 510, 653 or 570, ASNT, CSWIP or PCN Level 2
