Our client, a leading Creative Agency based in Dubai, is seeking a Sr. HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resource duties. Reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate the entire hiring process from job posting, and interviewing to onboarding all new employees.
Manage documentation for new hires as well as manage the clearances of departing employees.
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
Handle all staff insurance matters, including comparison of insurance plans, facilitating insurance renewals, liaising with insurers, and processing claims, if applicable
Handle full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll processing/reporting, commission, and employee reimbursement
Generate and analyze HR reports eg. turnover, recruitment, etc.
Handle staff inquiries and disciplinary matters
Manage leave system
Monitor HR policies, particularly compensation and benefits policies, to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
Proactively work with key stakeholders on various HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, compensation and benefits, employee performance, staff planning and deployment, etc.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or HR, with at least 3 years of exposure to HR functions ideally in Creative/Media/PR Agency space.
Minimum 1-year experience in payroll, prior knowledge of any payroll software is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Resourceful, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines well.
Must be based in the UAE. Local Market knowledge and UAE experience is a must.
