Job Description
Role: - Sales Representative
Graduate in any field with 4-6 years of experience in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities: -
Assisting the Store Manager in all areas of Daily Business Operations, Customer Service, and Merchandising
Coordinating, Monitoring, and Reporting on Daily Operations
Able to work a flexible schedule
Attention to detail
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Create sales strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance
profitability.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Involvement in visual merchandising of the store
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Understanding customer buying behavior
Converting walking customers into sales
Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e., daily, weekly, Fortnightly
monthly.
Desired Functional Skills: - Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and
designer labels. Well-acquainted with regional languages as well as English
Desired Behavioural Skills: - Good aesthetic sense, effective Communication skills,
leadership skills, people management skills, well-organized and collaborative
Desired Industry Experience- Experience in bridal couture, menswear, and international fashion b rand
