As a Senior Sales & Service Executive , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our client base within the HR consultancy and tech sectors. You will leverage your understanding of HR solutions, technology, and market dynamics to build strategic partnerships and contribute to the company's expansion in the UAE market.
Tasks
:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, employee outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
