We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive - Sales to drive sales growth, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships for our elevator and escalator products. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong sales expertise to support B2B clients, including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to elevators and escalators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring pre-sales and post-sales support.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tenders; conduct product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with project management, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments.
Provide guidance and training to junior sales staff as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration. MBA or Master's in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Experience:
3-5 years in sales, preferably in elevators, escalators, construction, building services, or automation. Experience in B2B and project-based sales is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of elevator/escalator systems, specifications, and installation processes.
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to assess market trends, prepare forecasts, and develop effective solutions.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
