Responsibilities
+ Implement and maintain
QA/QC systems
in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards (ISO, IEC, IEEE, API).
+ Review and approve
ITPs, QCPs, method statements
, and inspection procedures for Electrical & Instrumentation works.
+ Perform and witness inspections, testing,
FAT/SAT, calibration, loop checks
, and pre-commissioning activities.
+ Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance, including
vendor inspections
and subcontractor compliance.
+ Identify quality issues, raise and close
NCRs
, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
+ Manage quality documentation, inspection records, and
final handover dossiers
, coordinating with construction and commissioning teams.
Experience Required
Minimum 15 to 18+ years in mechanical QA/QC experience in offshore Oil & Gas.
Strong knowledge of Welding Engineering, NDE Method, Mechanical equipment standards, offshore construction quality
Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
