We are urgently looking for

Sr. Engineer Procurement/ Expeditor

for one of our PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

The candidates should have an Engineering Degree.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Senior Engineer - Procurement/Expeditor

plays a critical role in ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with project schedules Manage end-to-end procurement activities for offshore projects, including RFQs, bid evaluations, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements Monitor and expedite vendor deliverables, including documentation, fabrication, inspection, and shipment Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and documentation Identify potential delays and coordinate mitigation plans with suppliers and project teams Maintain accurate records of procurement status, expediting actions, and supplier performance Adhere to procurement workflows and ensure alignment with HSE and regulatory standards

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from recognized discipline. 15-20 years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years of experience in expediting EPC projects, preferably in offshore environments. Strong knowledge of procurement systems, vendor management, and international logistics Proficiency in planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
