Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum8-10 years of relevant experience
inEPC projects
, specifically inwater and sewerage pipeline construction
within the UAE. Strong knowledge oflocal authority regulations
(e.g., ADSSC, ADDC, ADM) and infrastructure standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all civil engineering activities on-site related to water transmission and sewerage pipeline works. Review and approve construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and utility authorities (e.g., ADSSC, ADDC, TRANSCO) to ensure project alignment. Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and ensure timely execution according to project schedules. Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and adherence to project specifications and authority requirements. Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve engineering and construction challenges. Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and tender evaluations when required. Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover procedures of civil infrastructure.
