General Responsibilities:
Organization of planning for Engineering support covering the Program.
Responsibility to manage Proposal or Program deliverables creation and execute to budget and schedule within the assigned Project scope
Define and deliver the customer requirements and definition for the project. Closely follow change with eye for technical and contractual impacts.
Provide technical interface with Customers maintaining a pro-active Customer-driven attitude. Develop Customer relationships based on transparency and trust
Effective communication across different levels of the Organization to ensure alignment at working and management level.
Comply with Engineering processes and methodologies.
Execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage resource allocation, set priorities, and provide technical guidance for engineering deliverables.
Develop technical reports and documentation to support aircraft modifications and general repair schemes in support of the MRO facility
Participate in and provide engineering design reviews, tech reviews, customer milestone meetings
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in engineering efforts.
Coordinate proposals, business plans, and financial elements related to project execution.
Interact with engineering teams across the globe.
Support fielded product designs including quality improvements, cost reduction, component obsolescence and failure analysis.
Planning and Project Management:
Responsible to define schedule and resource requirements for complex work packages.
Communication of tasks to cross-functional IPT setting clear expectations and managing execution on-time and to-quality.
Effective collaboration with all departments (e.g. Programs, Supply Chain, Operations etc.) to ensure delivery of all relevant work packages.
Keep action trackers, lessons learnt and risk registers up to date with technical and Engineering project risks and issues.
Maintain Project KPI and report Project status to Customer and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong customer-focus and a mind-set to take on challenges and create solutions.
Excellent communicator with the ability to empower and motivate Team members to enable Project delivery.
Good organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks through understanding the appropriate level of detail.
Experience in the design/maintenance/modifications of products used in Aircraft Interiors.
Required Qualifications
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Understanding of mechanical/ aerospace engineering principles
Understanding of Product Design within an Aerospace environment including aspects such as structured Design Reviews, Certification, Requirements and Maintenance, etc.
Working knowledge of 3D CAD packages with the ability to interrogate designs using 3D models.
