Install, configure, test, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM, Intercom, Gate Barriers, and Structured Cabling.
Ensure all work complies with SIRA regulations, UAE Fire Code, and project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system faults promptly with minimal downtime.
Lead and guide junior technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure quality workmanship on-site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Prepare basic reports such as maintenance logs, daily progress updates, and testing/commissioning documents.
Assist with material requests, BOQ verification, and site inspections.
Support SIRA audits, maintain compliance-related documentation, and liaise with inspectors when required.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure safe practices are maintained on-site.
Required Skills:
2-4 years' experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
Strong communication skills in English in the form of verbal and writing and ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Valid SIRA certificate is a must
Relevant Diploma/Degree preferred
UAE driving license preferred
