Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical works for villa and high-rise building projects.
Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
Ensure compliance with DEWA/ADDC/SEWA, Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, and other relevant UAE authority regulations.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Resolve technical issues, RFIs, and site coordination matters efficiently.
Support project planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum
7-10 years of UAE experience
, with proven exposure to
villa and high-rise building projects
.
Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and authority approvals.
Experience in site execution, coordination, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of other engineering software is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
