Operations and Business Process

On new Projects, define and assemble electrical components and control panels, perform hard wiring as per drawings & specifications

Creates Electrical drawings, Reports, Specification of a Project and Product to ensure completeness, correctness, comply with the scope of work, requirements and advises the Design Engineer for any deficiency

Assists the Design Engineer and c oordinates with the collection and dissemination of Technical/ Design/Drafting information with Drafting & Project Management Team on Electrical Specification

Provides QA/QC Department the necessary part/machine/schematic drawings on time for completion of Product Manufacturing Documentation.

Ensures that the Designer's intention and requirements are fully integrated.

Performs design calculations necessary to ensure the performance of the product.

Assists Design Engineer in the design of electrical element as per International Standard

Record all data during internal & final testing in the test reports as per quality management system ISO 9001:2000.

Recommend store to maintain minimum inventory of items with lead-time.

Maintains confidentiality of the design and drawings. Information on design, copies of drawing must not be given to any one including SOP and MSE personnel unless authorized by the General Manager & Senior Engineer.

Maintains Company's Archive for drawings, photos and Master data for produced Products & Projects, for fast access to hard and soft copies

HSEQ

Health condition measured by the Health Monitoring System.

Complies with the safety and environmental requirement of HSEQ for all activities of SOP.

Participate in toolbox meetings, weekly safety meeting & monthly safety meeting.

Wear Personal Protection Equipment while working in the sites. and as required when visiting external AlMansoori or Customers sites

Writes one HSEQ employee feedback per month.
