Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the sales of petroleum and chemical products from the State of Qatar. Your insights will support strategic decisions, enhance market performance, and contribute to QatarEnergy's global marketing and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Critical Analysis:
Assess annual sales performance of petroleum and chemical products.Market Outlook:
Develop short-term market outlooks by integrating internal data and external market intelligence.Sales Plan Review:
Evaluate and support proposed sales plans to ensure alignment with market dynamics and strategic objectives.Shipping Fixtures:
Provide input on shipping fixtures to maximize netbacks and optimize logistics.Benchmarking:
Establish and maintain benchmarks to evaluate sales plan effectiveness.Market Intelligence:
Deliver unbiased market intelligence, performance evaluations, and strategic insights to support decision-making.Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience. At least 5 years of experience in the oil and/or petrochemical industry or a closely related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Familiarity with global petroleum and chemical markets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
Educational Qualifications:
