Experience 10 -15 Years Working Experience ( Minimum 8 Years Experience in Oil& Gas Industry)
- Well versed with international industry codes and standards.
- Prepare Instrument and material specifications and data sheets.
- Sizing of Field Instrument such as Control Valve, Safety Valve, Flow Meter etc with the help of SPI & Other Engineering sizing tools.
- Preparation of Wiring diagram, Loop drawing etc in SPI
- Develop detailed engineering, Instrument Index, Input & Output Lists, Bill of Quantities, Block Diagrams, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Terminations Diagrams, Loop Drawings, Installation Hook-up Drawings, Instrument Plot Plans, Cable Schedules and Cable Drum Schedules, JB schedules, Interconnection Schedules, Fire/Smoke Detection Lay-out and Alarm Lists, Installation detail drawings and other design and layout calculations and drawings.
- Extensive Knowledge of EPC engineering associated with DCS system (Architectural aspects, hardware, software, Graphics, functional logic)
- Knowledge about Interfaces (such as Modbus and OPC) and Networking
- Familiarity of Major DCS systems
- Participation in FATs, HAZOP Study.
- Prepare technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors.
- Preparation of technical evaluation of vendor bid offers.
- Review vendor drawings and documents; ensure vendor instrument specifications meet with client instrument specifications.
