We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Sr. Civil Draughtsman

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering drawings and a proven ability to produce high-quality drafts using the latest CAD software. This role involves close coordination with engineers and architects to develop technical drawings for infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed civil drawings, layouts, and schematics as per project requirements. Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings. Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, regulations, and codes. Coordinate with project teams to incorporate revisions and ensure timely delivery. Maintain an organized archive of all design documentation and revisions. Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material estimations when required. Provide support during site inspections and resolve design-related queries.

Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship. Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a civil draughtsman. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (preferred), and other drafting software. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methods, and detailing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
