Job Summary:
The Business Setup Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of establishing a new business in the UAE, from initial consultation to obtaining the necessary licenses and permits. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE business regulations, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and budget.
Advisory:
Provide expert advice on the most suitable business structure (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and location for their business in the UAE.
Documentation:
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for business registration, licensing, and visa applications.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zone representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
Process Management:
Oversee the entire business setup process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to all regulations.
Knowledge Management:
Stay up-to-date on the latest business regulations, free zone policies, and government initiatives in the UAE.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and project progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business setup in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and mainland setups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English is required. Arabic, Hindi & Malayalam language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
