Job Description
We are hiring Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate must be able to person the below responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Union Copper products.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including existing businesses, industries, and government agencies, to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Product Knowledge and Training: Ensure that the sales team is knowledgeable about our products, features, benefits, and applications through regular sessions.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to forecast sales volumes, track performance against targets, and report on sales activities to management.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to copper products to remain competitive in the market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
