Job Description

Develop the annual plan for implementing training programs aimed at building the capabilities and developing the skills of women in the Emirate of Dubai, enabling them to play their role in sustainable development and contributing to their integration across all fields and levels. Provide programs, initiatives, and projects that support Emirati women's participation in all fields. Implement educational programs that aim to build the capabilities of Emirati women and raise awareness of the importance of their role in community development. Identify training and development needs to empower women in the labor market. Coordinate and manage the implementation of developmental, training, and professional programs for women within the country. Coordinate and manage knowledge-exchange and developmental programs for women outside the country. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs conducted inside and outside the country and extract lessons learned. Develop and innovate projects and initiatives. Contribute to launching projects and achieving objectives. Define project tasks, allocate required resources, and monitor progress. Support the project team. Coordinate with relevant departments to organize the logistics for departmental events. Recommend and follow up on local partnerships for collaboration. Study potential stakeholders and recommend the best proposals. Provide necessary support to the units under the core department and ensure the execution of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. * 7+ years of relevant experience.
