Generate and convert leads via various channels, execute outbound sales and follow-ups targeting UAE/GCC clients.
Identify new markets, Real estate developers, consultants, and architectural firms.
Qualify opportunities, conduct meetings, and close deals.
Achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets.
Support brand visibility and video marketing initiatives when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and online sales platforms.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.
UAE Real estate development market experience preferred.
