Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established business focusing on destination management in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Branding Associate who will be responsible for building and raising the visual awareness and new brand development.
- Build and nurture strong relationships and effective communication channels with both existing and potential clients, external stakeholders, sponsors, suppliers, vendors, and partners. Ensure seamless execution of branding and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Branding and Marketing to integrate cutting-edge branding strategies, identifying trends, topics, and ideas through in-depth research and analysis, all aligned with the company\'s vision and values.
- Assist the Corporate Marketing and Communications leadership in crafting and executing content strategies for various projects, utilizing brand design, artistic elements, and digital technology.
- Work with the Senior Manager of Branding and Marketing to translate brand elements into actionable and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Develop captivating internal marketing campaigns that effectively convey business unit objectives through innovative strategies.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of branding initiatives, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, and providing actionable recommendations for further improvements.
- Skillfully manage and forecast expenses to meet budget requirements.
- Oversee and manage the company\'s visual assets, such as logos, color schemes, typography, and other graphic elements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with functional teams to ensure marketing plans and activities adhere to the company\'s brand guidelines and objectives.
- Utilize market trends and consumer insights to identify untapped opportunities for brand differentiation and innovative marketing approaches.
- Liaise closely with internal cross-functional teams of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers to strategically develop deliverables that align with the company\'s brand vision.
- Create compelling and impactful print materials and digital experiences that effectively communicate complex ideas to the target audience.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members, emphasizing the significance of Brand Compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Additional certifications relevant to the industry and role would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Demonstrated experience with image design tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, coupled with a profound understanding of graphic design principles, styles, and techniques.
- 7+ years of pertinent marketing experience within industries like Marketing, Sports, Entertainment, or Destination, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the UAE.
- Proven project management background, showcasing expertise in creative direction and design projects.
- Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns, develop fresh brand identities, and produce engaging content encompassing videography and photography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at effectively engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English, and fluency in Arabic is a desirable attribute.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Possess a strategic and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
