We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all project deliverables meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in large-scale construction or consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural design from concept to final detailed drawings.
Review and approve architectural plans, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design integration.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for project updates and design clarifications.
Ensure all designs comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and design briefs as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
at least 5 years
in architectural engineering, preferably in the Middle East.
Proven experience in large-scale building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, R other design tools
.
UPDA/MMUP Certification
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
