Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date financial records and supporting documents for expenses executed by the Project.
  • Prepare actions and documents for monthly accountability
  • Keep the documentation contained in the individual staff folders up to date.
  • Support the Project Management in administrative and financial tasks.
  • Perform administrative support tasks purchase of materials and those requested by the leadership.
  • Know, understand and comply with the technical and administrative guidelines (resolutions, circulars, official letters, others)

Job Requirements:

  • Certified professional in the secretarial or accounting area
  • Creditable work experience of at least 1 year
