The candidate should have minimum of 10 years Accounting experience.

Age - 32 to 40 years.

Job Purpose:

To supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. To maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure, variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.

To monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions to ensure compliance and accuracy. Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions Perform other duties as and when needed.
