Job Summary :

In this position you will support the Finance Department in the day-to-day business activities and contribute to efficiently managing the finance and accounting functions up to finalization,
including general ledger accounting, customer invoicing, cash flow, expense recording.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

o Verify, allocate, post and reconcile

accounts payable and receivable

Monitor and interpret

cash flows

and predict future requirements Accumulate and

analyze financial data

through Management Information Systems (MIS)
in order to make sound financial management decisions in running the business

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales

results and the company's actual
performance compared to the business plan

Control inventories effectively through requirement forecasting and monitor the physical
movement of stocks

Perform month end and year end close processes Prepare and review

budgets, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other

accounting documents Analyze financial records, prepare and submit financial reports to the General Manager on a monthly basis Prepare financial statements and coordinate with the auditors for a

udit reports/planning

Liaise

closely with internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters Compile, analyze and produce financial and

cost management reports

that help
management to make real time and informed decisions.

Responsible for

liaising with Commercial Manager

on certifications and collections Ensure project monitoring and cost controls are in place and functional In charge of all back-office functions relating to finance Perform all other tasks assigned by the Group Financial Controller

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used, Minimum

8 years' experience in retail, distribution or manufacturing mandatory

CA inter, ICWA or M.Com Degree

from a recognized University preferred
