To maintain and prepare periodical accounting reports of the company. To work for annual audit and annual financial reports. Responsible for inter-company balances and inter-division reconciliation and confirmation. Responsible for the supervision of non-staff payroll. Responsible for the training of subordinates under his/her assignment.
2. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC
1) Supports Finance Manager and manager in preparing financial reports.
OPERATIONAL
1) Coordinates with inter division for periodical reconciliation.
2) Coordinates with intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
3) Reports on divisional costs and project costs.
4) Prepares internal financial reports.
5) Prepares aging receivables.
6) Prepares fixed assets schedule.
7) Prepares staff payroll and supervision of payments.
8) Prepares manpower payroll and supervision of payments.
9) Scrutinizes the general ledger accounts.
10) Interfaces with external auditors.
11) Checks list of provisions and periodic closing entries.
12) Responsible for the statement of inter-company movement of balances on monthly basis.
13) Monitors the schedule of movement of fixed assets on quarterly basis.
14) Monitors, co-ordinates and books inter-division cost and revenue.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
1) Assists in the training and development of personnel in the Finance department.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
