Job Description
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certifications
(CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferredExperience:
5-8 years in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in UAE construction projects Familiarity withlocal regulations, contracts, and project-based accounting
Strong knowledge ofconstruction industry accounting practices
Proficiency inERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software
Expertise inUAE VAT laws and compliance
Analytical and problem-solving skills for cost management Strong communication and leadership abilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements. Develop and manage budgets for construction projects. Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions. Support tendering and estimation teams with financial inputs. Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and construction industry regulations. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.Job Type: Full-time
