Job Description

We are a reputable joinery company specializing in high-quality bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and interior fitouts. We're currently seeking

experienced

Spray Polishers / Painters

to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare wooden joinery products for spray painting (sanding, filling, masking)

Apply primers, base coats, and top coats using HVLP spray equipment

Mix and match paints to required specifications

Ensure a high-quality finish on all items (lacquer, paint, stain finishes)

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the spray booth and workspace

Work with production teams to meet deadlines and maintain workflow

Requirements:



Proven 2-3 years of experience in spray painting wood or joinery products

Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality

Familiarity with various paint types and finishes (PU, water-based, lacquer, etc.)

Experience working in a workshop or manufacturing environment

Experience with bespoke or high-end joinery

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* Spray Painter: 2 years (Required)
