We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Spray Painter

for our Automobile Vehicle Workshop in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle spray painting, surface preparation, and color matching, ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning prior to painting Mix paints and match colors accurately according to manufacturer's specifications Perform spray painting on cars, trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles Ensure smooth, high-quality finish without defects Repair paint defects such as scratches, dents, and uneven surfaces Operate spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment safely Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth and work area Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet delivery timelines
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as a Spray Painter in the automobile industry Strong knowledge of vehicle painting techniques and tools Experience in surface preparation and paint finishing Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in all type of vehicles, two-wheeler, four-wheeler,

commercial vehicles / heavy vehicles

(added advantage) Knowledge of different paint systems (2K, metallic, pearl, water-based paints) Previous experience in UAE or GCC countries Basic understanding of workplace safety standards
