Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spray Painter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation and Painting:

Prepare surfaces (e.g., cleaning, sanding, masking) and apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using spray painting equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and clean spray painting tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, client specifications, and industry regulations.

Material Management:

Select and mix paints, primers, and coatings according to project requirements, ensuring proper color matching and consistency.

Interdepartmental Support:

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., carpentry, fabrication, or maintenance) to assist with tasks such as surface preparation, finishing, or other related activities as needed.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling of hazardous materials, ensuring a safe work environment.

Documentation:

Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Client Interaction:

Communicate professionally with clients or project managers to understand requirements and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven spray painting experience in the UAE, preferably in industries such as construction, automotive, or manufacturing.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in using spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers, HVLP systems, and related tools.

Knowledge of Materials:

Strong understanding of different paints, primers, and coatings, including their application techniques and drying processes.

Professionalism:

Gentle demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and support team members in achieving project goals.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional eye for detail to ensure flawless finishes and high-quality results.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, work in various environmental conditions, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Communication Skills:

Certifications:
